Why privacy-first measurement
Collecting more is easy. Knowing which signals earn their keep—and which cross a consent line without changing a decision—is harder. When purpose is vague, teams either over-instrument or freeze tracking entirely.
Index Gridcore works at that seam: framing purposes, writing consent-safe event contracts, and reviewing architecture so product and analytics partners share the same map.
How we work
Engagements are scoped as assessments, workshops, architecture reviews, or monthly retainers. We work from the events and tools you already have, document assumptions, and leave artifacts your team can maintain.
Sessions and deliverables are in English. We meet in the Bangkok metropolitan area when useful, or remotely across Thailand and regional teams.
